Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need?
A passport or ID card and a valid driving licence with category A. Foreign visitors need an international passport and an International Driving Permit.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is paid at pick-up. The amount depends on the model and is fully refunded after the motorcycle is inspected.
Can I ride outside Lviv?
Yes. You can travel within Ukraine, except for restricted areas. Please let us know your route in advance.
How is the rental price calculated?
Prices are per day. The total is the daily rate multiplied by the number of rental days. Rentals of 7+ days get a discount.
What if I return the motorcycle late?
A short delay with notice is fine. Returning late without notice may be charged as an extra rental day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Since nothing is paid in advance, just let us know — ideally as early as possible.
Is riding gear included?
A helmet is included in the rental price. Jackets, gloves and intercoms are available for an extra fee.
What if the motorcycle gets damaged?
Contact us immediately. Your liability is limited to the excess amount — see the rental terms for details.
